A note for you.

You already know your body has more in it. That is not arrogance, it is memory. Somewhere in you is the version that climbed the hill without thinking, that carried what needed carrying, that woke up sore and grateful for the soreness. We are not trying to invent a new person. We are trying to bring that one back into the room.

Strength is a slow practice. Not because we are afraid of effort, but because the body honors patience the way it honors weight. We will build the foundation before we ask anything heavy of you. We will measure progress in the work that disappears, the box you lift without bracing, the stairs you forget to count. The barbell is only the visible part. The rest is what you carry into the rest of your life.
